1. No Media Storage

VideosDownloaderOnline does not maintain media archives, S3 buckets, or persistent disk storage for downloaded content. When you download a post or reel, the data streams directly from Instagram's Content Delivery Network through our ephemeral server memory directly to your browser and is immediately purged.

2. Zero Account Information

We never ask for your Instagram username, password, email, or credentials. You can use VideosDownloaderOnline with complete anonymity without creating an account.

3. Information We Collect

Temporary IP Rate Limiting: We temporarily track client IP request frequencies in-memory solely to prevent denial-of-service abuse (rate limiting). These counters reset automatically and are never permanently saved.
Aggregate Analytics: We collect non-personally identifiable metrics (such as total daily extraction counts, system error rates, and browser types) to maintain service stability and optimize performance.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We do not use persistent tracking cookies, ad networks, or cross-site fingerprinting.

5. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
